Appointments are not required, but they help us better manage the flow in the shop...providing everyone with a better experience. Walk-ins are always welcomed, however, we will have to prioritize scheduled customers. Some rack conversations can be lengthy to ensure the correct system and/or accessories are selected, so we encourage everyone to schedule their rack chat times!
