Picking up in store?
A couple of things you want to make sure first...
Verify the items are in stock. Most popular items are in our shop warehouse, but some products ship from other warehouses and may not be available immediately at our Austin, TX location.
We’ll send you an email once your order has been pulled and is ready for pickup.
If an item is coming from another warehouse or is delayed, we’ll send a quick update via email.
A valid, government-issued ID matching the order is required for pickup.
The person picking up the order must be the same person listed on the order.
