Appointments vs. walk-ins

Walk-ins are always welcome, but scheduled customers are prioritized.

All appointments are in-person at our shop. We don’t currently offer scheduled phone consults so we can focus on helping customers in-store.

Bring this info

  • Year / make / model (trim if you know it)
  • What you’re carrying (bikes, skis, RTT, etc.)
  • Photos of your roof / rails (helpful!)
Tip: If you’re on a tight timeline (trip coming up, install deadline, etc.), add it in the booking notes so we can plan accordingly.
Heads up: This reserves an in-store consult at our shop.
