Because things need to be in black & white...


  • In-stock items ship the same or next business day.
  • Orders over $199 ship for free. Under $199 is a flat rate of $15. Some items may have an additional oversized fee.
  • Freight/LTL Shipments are not like a shipment from UPS/FedEx. It is best to read all of our FAQ's and you can Click Here for those.
  • Special Order items may be subject to shipping charges outside of our shipping policy.

  • Before you return, is there anything we can do to help with your order? Email or call: / 512-351-9849
  • No? Well, bummer, but not a problem...returns are pretty easy.
  • You have 30-days* from the delivery date to return the items you don't want with a 0% restocking fee.
  • Assembled and/or installed items are not eligible for return.

*Cargo boxes have a 24-hour return window from time of purchase and must be returned in new condition.

Edit / Cancel an Order:

  • To edit or cancel your order, reply to your order confirmation email with the requested edits.
  • Please keep in mind that once an order has been submitted, we do everything we can to get it out the door the same day.
  • This means we may not be able to make edits prior to the order shipping.

Service / Installations:

  • We guarantee to install all racks and accessories to the manufacturer's specifications.
  • If an issue does occur, we will evaluate the concern and work with the manufacturer to resolve any product issues in a timely manner.
  • Due to the multitude of variables once the vehicle leaves the shop, installation warranties are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 
  • Installations are not a 'How-to' for your rack and/or accessories. 
  • Once the installation is complete, we will go over all of the key things we think you need to know to operate and maintain your rack and/or accessories.
  • Customers are required to remain outside of the installation area until invited in by the installer.
  • Please don't 'watch over our shoulder'. That's just weird and distracting. Please have a refreshment and relax while we get to working.
  • Chatting with us while we work is also distracting and may cause improper assembly and will cause longer install times. We are happy to talk more about racks, but will need to pause the install while we chat.
  • All manufacturer manuals will be provided to you upon completion of your installation and you should thoroughly read through prior to operation of your rack and/or accessories.
  • We document all installations with pictures and video to share with the rack community and to help promote the business. We take care to cover your licenses plate while doing so.

Special Order Items:

  • Special Ordered Items are non-refundable.
  • Special Order is defined as a non-stocking item that is ordered for a specific customer/vehicle.
  • Payment for special item(s) is required prior to ordering and is non-refundable.
  • Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is provided to you based on the best information available at the time and may change. We'll provide updates to you the best we can.
  • Special Order items may be subject to shipping charges outside of our shipping policy. 

Outside Parts:

  • Outside parts are subject to inspection prior to agreement of installation.
  • Outside parts are subject to an additional premium outside the normal installation charges.


  • Installation quotes are valid for 14-days after issuance date.
  • Parts Quotes are valid for 14-days after issuance date.


  • Promotions and/or discounts cannot be combined.

Price Matching:

  • Visit our Price Match page for complete details
  • Price matching is for products only.
  • Items must be in stock.
  • Some items are excluded from price matching due to crazy high shipping costs. Excluded example items include but not limited to: Rooftop Tents, Cargo Boxes, Gobi Racks, Leitner Designs, and drop shipped products.
  • Our price match policy is not retroactive

  • All products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. 
  • Warranty coverage varies from brand to brand, product to product, and is subject to inspection and review. 
  • Warranty coverage may include replacement of a specific part, and not an entire product.
  • Failures caused by inadequate maintenance or non-compliance to fitting instructions are not eligible for warranty. It is the end users responsibility to maintain the product adequately.
  • Complete warranty and coverage details are available in the user manuals and the original manufacturers websites.
