Current update: The Rack Shop will be closed Friday, July 3 and Monday, July 6 for the Independence Day holiday. Orders, customer support, showroom visits, and installations will resume Tuesday, July 7.

Independence Day Holiday Closure — July 3 & 6

  • What’s happening: The Rack Shop will be closed Friday, July 3 and Monday, July 6 in observance of Independence Day.
  • Who may be affected: Customers placing online orders, visiting the showroom, scheduling installations, or contacting us by phone, email, or text.
  • What to expect: Orders placed during the closure will begin processing when we reopen on Tuesday, July 7. Customer support responses may also take a little longer while we work through holiday messages.
  • What we’re doing: We’ll resume normal business operations and begin processing orders, returning messages, and performing installations as quickly as possible when we reopen.
