The quick and dirty of price matching: You probably won't need to. The brands we carry come with strict pricing policies across the internet and we offer them at the lowest price possible. So you really shouldn't have to worry about getting the lowest price!
BUT, if you do find your item in stock at another dealer at a lower price, The Rack Shop will match the price.
Just send us an email hello@therackshop.com with your quote or link to the website with the lower price. We'll review and get back to you asap!
The Details:
- Price matching is for products only.
- All price matches must be from an authorized U.S. reseller/retailer that directly sells the item(s) you are looking to purchase.
- Must have matching SKU or part number on advertised/quoted item.
- Items must be in stock.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are included in the price matching consideration.
- Some items are excluded from price matching due to crazy high shipping costs. Excluded example items include but not limited to: Rooftop Tents, Cargo Boxes, Gobi Racks, Leitner Designs, and drop shipped products.
- Open-box/re-box, discontinued, clearance, used, refurbished, demo or display model products are also excluded.
- CURT MFG products are excluded from price matching
- Price matching is for regular retail customer pricing only. Price matching for group, club, membership, or pro deals is not available.
- Total discount will not exceed 20%.
- Price match policy is not retroactive
