Appointments vs. walk-ins
Walk-ins are always welcome, but scheduled customers are prioritized. Rack conversations can take a bit to get right — booking helps us give you our full attention.
Bring this info
- Year / make / model (trim if you know it)
- What you’re carrying (bikes, skis, RTT, etc.)
- Any photos of your roof / rails (helpful!)
Tip: If you’re on a tight timeline (trip coming up, install deadline, etc.), add it in the booking notes so we can plan accordingly.
