Choose Your Rack Configuration
Standard Wind Deflector
A solid front deflector that follows the Bronco’s roofline and is designed to help reduce wind noise.
40-Inch Light Bar Cutout
Choose this deflector to integrate a compatible 40-inch light bar. The light bar is selected separately; confirm fitment before ordering.
Without Pak Rax
Includes the modular roof rack without the side-mounted Pak Rax supports.
With Pak Rax
Adds side-mounted supports designed to help transfer some load from the rack to the Bronco’s body. Each side is rated for 70 lb.
Before ordering: Select the correct hardtop type—MIC or painted—along with your wind deflector and Pak Rax options.
Made to Carry Your Gear and Your Accessories
- Designed for 2021-current Ford Bronco and Bronco Raptor 4-Door models
- Compatible with MIC and painted hardtops when the correct top type is selected
- Constructed from 3/16-inch 5052 aluminum with a powder-coated finish
- Stainless steel mounting points
- Modular channels and pre-cut slots provide flexible accessory mounting around the rack
- Bolt-on mounting system clamps to the factory hardtop; front rails attach at existing windshield studs
- Low-profile design adds approximately 3.845 inches at the center of the hardtop, or 3.345 inches above its outer edges
Published Load Ratings
With Pak Rax installed, TrailRax publishes an 850 lb static rating and a 300 lb dynamic rating, evenly distributed across the rack.
These rack ratings are specified with Pak Rax installed. TrailRax does not list those same ratings for the rack without Pak Rax. Always follow the rack, vehicle, and hardtop loading instructions.

The 40-inch cutout is designed for compatible light bars from select Baja Designs, Heretic Studios, and Diode Dynamics models. Check the light bar’s dimensions and TrailRax fitment information before purchase.
