Choose an Alu-Cab Load Bar Kit with High Profile Feet for additional clearance beneath the bars. These feet provide 2.4 in (60 mm) of mounting height, with bar lengths of 49.2 in (1250 mm), 57.1 in (1450 mm), or 61 in (1550 mm). Each kit includes two aluminum load bars, four high-profile feet, and black end caps.

Build a versatile gear-carrying platform with an Alu-Cab Load Bar Kit. Each kit includes two black aluminum load bars, four 60 mm mounting feet, and black plastic end caps. Choose from three bar lengths to suit your setup: 49.2 in (1250 mm), 57.1 in (1450 mm), or 61.0 in (1550 mm).
The aluminum extrusions have accessory channels on three sides, designed to accept 8 mm nuts or bolts. These channels provide attachment points for compatible gear and accessories, including rooftop tents, awnings, recovery equipment, and other cargo.
The included feet raise the bars 2.4 in (60 mm) above the mounting surface to provide additional clearance for accessories or equipment beneath the bars. Confirm the required bar length, mounting surface, and foot height for your vehicle and setup before ordering.

- 57.1 in (1450 mm): Part number ALUKAC-LB1450-HP; 6.6 lb (3.0 kg) per bar, excluding feet
- 61.0 in (1550 mm): Part number ALUKAC-LB1550-HP; 7.7 lb (3.4 kg) per bar, excluding feet

Alu-Cab lists the following maximum tested capacities per individual bar:
- Dynamic load, in transit: 331 lb (150 kg) per bar
- Static load, stationary: 662 lb (300 kg) per bar
These figures are per bar, not a rated capacity for the complete vehicle setup. Always follow the lowest applicable capacity for the vehicle, mounting surface, feet, bars, and mounted equipment.
Fitment notes
Load Bar Kit fitment depends on the vehicle, mounting surface, bar length, and accessory requirements. Alu-Cab documents load bar installations on roof rails, cargo rails, roof racks, tents, and canopies; the appropriate feet and mounting method depend on the application.
Foot-height terminology: These kits are listed as high-profile kits and include 60 mm (2.4 in) feet. Alu-Cab’s Load Bars information distinguishes 40 mm (1.6 in) Standard High Profile feet from 60 mm (2.4 in) Extra High Profile feet. Check that the included 60 mm feet provide the clearance needed for your installation.
Check your vehicle and accessory manufacturers’ load limits. The vehicle’s roof, rails, canopy, mounting points, and other components may have lower limits than the load bars.
