Add an interior security barrier and modular storage to your Alu-Cab Contour canopy with this pair of Side Window Grids. The aluminum grids mount to the inside of the side doors, covering the side-window area with a protective barrier and providing MOLLE-style attachment points for compatible pouches and gear.
The grids are designed to help protect valuables stored inside the canopy and help keep mounted gear organized and in place while traveling. They can also be used as MOLLE panels when the canopy is equipped without side windows, subject to the fitment exclusions below.
The set includes left- and right-hand grids with mounting hardware. Installation involves positioning each grid inside the canopy door, marking and drilling six 6 mm holes per door, and sealing around the holes before fastening. Review the fitment instructions before installation; pouches and other mounted gear are not included.

Fitment notes
Alu-Cab lists the grids for most Alu-Cab canopies and canopy cupboards, with the following exclusions:
- Mitsubishi Triton (L200)
- Toyota Land Cruiser
- Chevrolet Colorado short bed, 2023 and newer
- All Adventure Door Canopies
- Contour Canopy Kitchen Table
- Contour Canopy Kitchen Kit
Installation requires drilling six 6 mm holes in each canopy side door. The instructions list a socket wrench or spanner, 8 mm socket, 3 mm Allen key, hand drill, 6 mm drill bit, deburring or countersink tool (or 10 mm drill bit), and black Sikaflex UV 521 sealant.
The instructions recommend using the outer edge of the door’s roller forming as a placement guide, confirming the correct left- or right-hand grid, and orienting its arrow-shaped cutout toward the front of the vehicle. Clean the surfaces before applying the preinstalled tape, deburr the drilled holes, and seal around each hole before fastening the grid.
