Create a versatile gear-carrying platform with an Alu-Cab Load Bar Kit. Each kit includes two black aluminum load bars, four standard-profile mounting feet, and black plastic end caps. Choose the bar length that suits your setup: 49.2 in (1250 mm), 57.1 in (1450 mm), or 61.0 in (1550 mm).
The aluminum extrusions feature accessory channels on three sides, designed to accept compatible 8 mm nuts or bolts. These channels provide attachment points for compatible gear and accessories, including rooftop tents, awnings, recovery equipment, and other cargo.
The included standard-profile feet raise the bars 1.6 in (40 mm) above the mounting surface, providing balanced clearance for mounting accessories. Check the required bar length, mounting surface, foot height, and load limits for your vehicle and setup before ordering.

- 57.1 in (1450 mm): Part number ALUKAC-LB1450-STD; 6.6 lb (3.0 kg) per bar, excluding feet
- 61.0 in (1550 mm): Part number ALUKAC-LB1550-STD; 7.7 lb (3.4 kg) per bar, excluding feet

Alu-Cab lists the following maximum tested capacities per individual bar:
- Dynamic load, in transit: 331 lb (150 kg) per bar
- Static load, stationary: 662 lb (300 kg) per bar
These figures are per bar, not a rated capacity for the complete vehicle setup. Always follow the lowest applicable capacity for the vehicle, mounting surface, feet, bars, and mounted equipment.
Fitment notes
Load Bar Kit fitment depends on the vehicle, mounting surface, bar length, and accessory requirements. Alu-Cab documents several mounting applications, including roof rails, cargo rails, roof racks, tents, and canopies. The appropriate mounting method depends on the application.
These kits include Standard Profile feet with a 1.6 in (40 mm) raised mounting height. Confirm that this foot height and the selected bar length work with your mounting surface and intended accessories.
Check your vehicle and accessory manufacturers’ load limits. The vehicle’s roof, rails, canopy, mounting points, or other components may have lower limits than the load bars.
