The Force 3 L Sport is a strong choice for customers who need long-item storage without covering most of the roof. Its narrow 24.7-inch width may leave usable crossbar space for another compatible rooftop accessory, depending on the vehicle and rack configuration.
With room for skis up to 175 cm, the L Sport is well suited for winter travel. Its 11-cubic-foot interior can also carry luggage, tents, sleeping bags and other equipment throughout the rest of the year.
Extra Storage for Travel and Everyday Use
The long interior provides space for up to 3–5 pairs of skis or 3–4 snowboards. It can also help keep bulky, wet or dirty equipment out of the passenger compartment during camping trips, family vacations and everyday adventures.
The cargo box has a maximum load capacity of 165 lbs. Your actual allowable cargo weight is determined by the lowest-rated component in the system, including the vehicle roof, crossbars, mounting system and cargo box.
Fast and Secure PowerClick Installation
Thule’s PowerClick quick-mount system makes installing the Force 3 straightforward and intuitive. The tool-free mounting hardware tightens around compatible crossbars from inside the cargo box.
An integrated torque indicator produces an audible click when each mounting point has been tightened correctly, helping remove the guesswork from installation.
Convenient Access from Either Side
DualSide opening lets you load or unload the cargo box from either the driver or passenger side of the vehicle. This flexibility is particularly helpful in garages, parking lots and campsites where access may be limited on one side.
The sculpted lid creates a natural grip for easier opening and closing without a bulky external handle.
SlideLock Security
The integrated SlideLock system separates the opening and locking functions. It automatically locks the lid and indicates when the cargo box has been closed correctly, helping ensure your equipment is secure before you drive away.
